What is grounding and how does it work?
What is grounding, is simply connecting your body directly to the subtle, natural electrical energy that exists on the surface of the earth.These "ConGround" products work by utilizing the ground port of home outlets to connect you to the Earth's energy. It works by creating a direct electrical connection between your body and the Earth, which may help balance your body's electrical state, promote relaxation, and offer various health benefits.
Is the grounding product energized and is it safe to use?
The grounding product come with a specialized cord, which features one end in the form of a round prong that is inserted into the designated grounding hole, while the other end connects to the Earthing product itself via special snap connection. The grounding product simply acts as an extension cord, bringing the Earth's energy inside and allowing you to stay grounded while you sleep, work or do something else.
How long does it take to experience the benefits of grounding products?
Individual experiences may vary, but some people report feeling the effects of grounding products within a few days to a couple of weeks of consistent use.
